1.Automated Scraping Bans
No Crawlers: Using scraping tools, scraper bots, or bulk APIs to compile listings, rent values, or owner contact databases is strictly prohibited.
Scraper Harvesting: Copying data to sell leads to real estate brokers violates this policy.
2.Express.js API Abuse
Endpoint Abuse: Rapid automated requests against auth, listings, saved, or contact unlock portals are blocked and blacklisted.
3.Account Restrictions
Circumvention: Creating duplicate profile registrations to bypass Tenant contact reveal limits is banned.
