1.Prohibited Listings
Broker Materials: Any listing claiming broker commissions or acting on behalf of real estate agencies.
Fake or Stolen Photos: Uploading stock images or photos copied from other property portals (Magicbricks, 99acres).
Misleading Rates: deflated pricing to bait Tenant clicks.
2.General Restricted Content
Inappropriate Content: Pornographic files, hate speech, malware links, or exposing personal data.
Spam: Commercial postings inside listings promoting movers, furniture rentals, or home loans.
3.Moderation Workflows
Verification Checks: Listings are manually checked by admin teams and processed via automated search verification triggers.
