Account Information: We collect email addresses during Email OTP logins and retrieve your basic profile name, email, and ID tokens if authenticated via Google OAuth.

Property Listing Information: For Owners, we collect listing details (BHK type, rent, location, furnishing, amenities) and uploaded property images.

Verification Data: Owners must submit and verify a 10-digit Indian mobile number via SMS OTP to earn the "Owner Verified" badge.

Contact Reveal Logs: To prevent scraping and secure our marketplace, we audit and log the details (timestamp, user IDs) whenever a Tenant reveals an Owner’s contact information.

Providing Platform Services: To host listings, display search queries, and match Tenants directly with verified Owners.

Ensuring Security and Verification: Authenticating login attempts and verifying Owner phone credentials.

Monitoring Daily Quotas: Restricting automated search scrapers and monitoring daily free contact reveal quotas for Tenants.

Transactional Communications: Sending email codes, platform alerts, and support responses.

Between Marketplace Users: When a Tenant triggers a Contact Reveal, the Owner’s verified mobile number is shown directly to facilitate direct lease negotiation.

Cloud Infrastructure Partners: Storing and caching listing images, profiles, and logs securely using MongoDB Atlas, Cloudflare R2, and Vercel.

Regulatory Compliance: Sharing logs and data with cyber crime divisions or law enforcement if required under Section 91 of the Indian Code of Criminal Procedure.

Retention Limits: User profiles and published listings remain on our servers until deletion is requested. Auditing logs are retained to maintain security logs.

Security Safeguards: Communication is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Database connections are restricted and protected with JWT authorization keys.
