Code of conduct for Owners and Tenants to maintain a direct, zero-brokerage, and respectful marketplace.
1.Guidelines for Owners
Genuine Ad Details: Post correct pricing, accurate society names, and actual photos. Update availability when rented.
No Duplicate Listings: Do not flood the registry with multiple duplicate posts for the same flat.
Direct matching: Do not request brokerage or commission fees from Tenants.
2.Guidelines for Tenants
Respectful Communication: Maintain polite inquiries. Do not contact Owners for commercial spam or marketing.
Honest Reporting: Flag incorrect or broker ads using the "Report Listing" button honestly. Avoid false reports.
3.Enforcement Actions
Warning and De-listing: Minor issues will result in listing edits or temporary badge revocations.
Bans: Severe breaches (broker spam, harassment, listing fraud) will result in permanent blacklisting.
