• Verification Data: Phone number verified via OTP, copy of Government identity cards (for owner verification), and property registry/utility bills (for validating property listings).
• Transaction Data: Details about payments you make through our platform via Razorpay (such as credit purchases or subscription status). We do not store your credit card or net banking credentials.
• Listing Data: Detailed descriptions of the properties posted, rents/prices, configurations, photos, and society location details.

2. User Accounts & OTP Verification

To keep GharDirect 100% free of commercial agents and broker spam, all user accounts require mobile number verification.

When you register or request to unlock property details, we send a one-time passcode (OTP) via SMS or automated call. This information is stored in our secure database to verify that you are a genuine seeker or owner. We do not sell or rent your phone number to third-party telemarketers.

3. Property Listings

If you are a property owner, any listing details you provide will be visible to search engines and visitors of the site. This includes BHK configurations, area, rent details, and society names.

Your exact house number, identity verification documents, and contact details are kept strictly confidential. Seekers cannot access your contact details without verification and utilizing their contact unlock credits.

4. Contact Unlock Purchases & Payment Processing

GharDirect provides premium subscriptions and package credits for unlocking direct owner contacts. All transactions are securely processed via Razorpay.

While processing payments, Razorpay collects transactional details (card network, billing address, transaction IDs) to confirm payment status. GharDirect receives only confirmation of payment completion to issue the credits. We maintain strict records of your credit usage (unlock histories) to prevent fraudulent account behavior.

5. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

• All data transmissions between client browsers and our servers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols.
