Follow these steps to safely unlock and connect with property owners directly:

  1. 1Register & Login: Sign in to your account using Google OAuth or Phone OTP verification.
  2. 2Choose Property: Search through verified listings in Dwarka, Noida, Gurugram, or Ghaziabad.
  3. 3Click Request Callback: Confirm your phone number details and click the unlock button. One credit will be consumed.
  4. 4Direct Discussion: The owner receives an instant SMS and email with your contact info, and you receive the owner number. Connect directly!

Property Posting Guide

Follow these steps to list your property and attract tenants or buyers faster:

  1. 1Click "Add Property": Navigate to the top header or your owner dashboard and click add property.
  2. 2Fill Details: Provide exact BHK size, super area, furnishing type, amenities, rent/price details, and society name.
  3. 3Upload Photos: Upload at least 3 high-quality, actual photos of the rooms to achieve a higher trust score badge.
  4. 4Owner Verification Check: Complete your mobile OTP and upload proof of registry or utility statement to get the verified owner badge.

Subscription & Billing Support

GharDirect uses pay-as-you-go packages. We do not support recurring auto-debits. Credits have fixed validity dates written clearly on packages. If your payment failed but bank was debited, Razorpay auto-refunds the amount in 5-7 business days. You can request billing assistance by emailing billing@ghardirect.com.

What is GharDirect and how does it work?

GharDirect is a direct-to-owner real estate marketplace serving Delhi NCR. Homeowners list their properties for rent or sale for free. Seekers browse listings and use contact unlock credits to retrieve the owner's verified phone number, enabling direct negotiations with zero brokerage fees.

Do I have to pay brokerage to GharDirect?

No. GharDirect never charges commissions or brokerages. Seekers pay only for the credits used to unlock owner numbers. Owners list completely free.

How are listings verified on the platform?

We use a three-step trust verification check: (1) Mandatory mobile OTP verification, (2) Landlord identity checks against government-issued documentation, and (3) Property validation via utility bills or society maintenance proofs.

What should I do if an owner number is invalid or unresponsive?

If you unlock a contact and find that it is unresponsive, out of service, or listed by a broker, click the "Report Listing" button on the property page. Our support team will verify the report and reinstate your consumed credit within 24 hours.

Can real estate agents post listings on GharDirect?

No. GharDirect has a strict anti-broker policy. We monitor and automatically delete listings that show commercial broker behaviors. Accounts violating this policy are permanently suspended.
